CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required: Undergraduate degree, equivalent experience, or certification. 7+ years’ experience in applying Agile and Scrum principles within teams and/or organizations and using agile metrics to analyze and improve sprint planning. 7+ years planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams 7+ years experience working within agile framework or method (i.e. SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and applying techniques such as story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection etc. 5+ years creating and delivering presentations, PowerPoint decks, and project plans. 2+ years working with tools such as Atlassian (JIRA/Confluence), Clarity and/or Cloud-based platforms (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud) Preferred: Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP) SAFe certified – SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master Servant leadership experience as Scrum Master on an Agile Release Train Familiarity with product/project development experience on an Agile Teams in a technology-focused organization Ability to align change management strategies with product development/deployments. In addition to the annual salary, the position will be eligible to receive an annual bonus. Employees will accrue 0.04616 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 7 holidays annually.
