We are currently seeking a Technology Junior Analyst to join our team in Herndon, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).
We are growing and looking for new talent to join our Public Sector organization where we serve clients in state and federal agencies across the country. Successful applicants must have a bachelor’s degree (graduating before July 2024) in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related field and an interest in learning cutting edge technologies.
This is a full-time salaried position, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package that begins on your first day of employment. Selected candidates will participate in an intensive training and development program before alignment with a variety of projects/client engagements. Our roles are based in Reston, VA and we offer start dates in Summer 2024.
Responsibilities may include:
- Working with other System Engineers and Software Developers to perform Integration activities
- Specification development
- Test plan development and execution
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Facilitating interactions with customers and teammates through meetings, calls and other electronic media
- Analysis of trends, causes and variances
- Working with technical teams
Basic Qualifications:
- Graduation date by August 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.00
- Must be a US Citizen
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- Recommendations by professors and internship supervisors for technical abilities and grasp of multiple technologies
- Candidates who are willing to travel if needed and/or would consider possible relocation to various geographic locations in the United States to meet our business and client needs in the future
- Ability to stretch outside one’s comfort zone to achieve team success
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Exposure to cloud native platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google Cloud
- Strong desire to learn technologies from an analytical standpoint
- Involvement and/or leadership experience during college through campus or community activities including student athletics
- Internships or other work experience during college tenure
