Duties & Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with management at all levels to identify staffing needs
Act as a liaison with public organizations, job placement agencies, community groups, colleges and other sources to identify and recruit candidates
Recruit candidates from various resources, including job fairs, internet job boards, community events, etc.
Conduct the hiring process to include, but not limited to, pre-screen, interview, reference checks, job offer and onboarding
Coordinate communication between applicants and hiring managers
Enter and maintain data in the applicant tracking system
Introduce training technology to the team and ensure required training is completed by the team
Create a cadence and culture of training expectations to enhance team member knowledge
Deliver training presentations, including preparation, facilitation, and evaluation
Work with leaders to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for learning programs in the field
Create an environment that promotes teamwork, pride and great service
Other HR duties and responsibilities as necessary
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration preferred
Previous recruiting, training and human resources experience
Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws
Great attention to detail
Ability to effectively interact with professionals at all levels, both internal and external
Assertive, outgoing, professional demeanor
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Must have outstanding verbal, written and most importantly presentation skills
Ability to maintain a professional, courteous and positive image at all times
Must have high levels of energy and enthusiasm, positive attitude and strong integrity
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel as the position requires covering the assigned region
Must be fluent in both English and Spanish in both written and verbal communication
