Project Administrator - Plumbing and HVAC Industry - Base Salary to 70k/year - Plainview, New York

• Our client, an expert in energy efficiency and a wholesaler/distributor of HVAC and Refrigeration Equipment for over 98 years is looking for an exceptional leader with experience in all aspects of warehouse management.
• The Project Administrator will support the Commercials Projects team on the coordination and execution of high level HVAC projects. The Project Administrator will provide oversight on the execution of multiple projects ensuring on time completion and within scope of budget.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Account Executives in the planning and execution of projects.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, submittals, quotes, equipment, and information.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated regularly.
• Monitor project progress and address potential issues promptly.
• Prepare and distribute project-related documents such as project plans, submittals,
• and order release forms.
• Manage project correspondence, including emails, reports, and manuals.
• Organize and maintain data in Salesforce CRM.
• Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including preparing meeting materials
• and documenting meeting outcomes.
• Act as the point of contact for project-related inquiries and issues.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Support the implementation of project management best practices and tools.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of successful experience project administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 70k/year
