Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or Business Analytics required. Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Business Analytics preferred. Professional Project Management Certification(s) from accredited institutions required (PMP, Pg. MP, PMP-ACP and/or Scrum Master). Ten (10) years managing large programs and portfolios for global cross-functional teams and stakeholders at larger companies (e.g., Fortune 100/500). A proven track record of program and portfolio leadership, management, oversight, and delivery success using analytics-based methodology. Demonstrated understanding of best practice Project Management processes, strategies, and methods. Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment working with international cross-functional teams. Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles. Working experience with Microsoft business application technologies including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Microsoft Dynamics, Office 365, Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Project.
