PRIMARY PURPOSE:
AHF Products has a great career opportunity for a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler at our Lancaster Floor Plant in Lancaster, PA. In this role you will be responsible for effectively planning and scheduling maintenance work and ensuring continuous improvement within the planning and scheduling processes. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
SHIFT: Day shift
LOCATION: 1067 Dillerville Rd, Lancaster Pa 17603
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:
- Supports the overall maintenance work and systems to deliver on the plant goals.
- Closely integrates with the production and maintenance teams.
- Intentionally drives the planning and scheduling process to ensure the technicians’ and efficiency and effectiveness.
- Responsible for safely planning preventive and requested maintenance work.
- Responsible for purchasing materials and obtaining equipment.
- Collaborate with the maintenance staff to best utilize resources.
- Responsible for managing work order flow within CMMS.
- Drive and support improvements to maintenance planning processes and systems.
- Creates or updates repetitive preventive maintenance work in CMMS.
- Reviews and evaluates the performance of the planning and scheduling system.
- Collaboratively and effectively schedules the maintenance work.
- Some weekend work will could be required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point
- Proficient in CMMS
- Strong Communication Skills
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to successfully complete and pass a background check, employment verification and drug screening
- Positive and Verifiable Work History
- Must follow safety guidelines and wear applicable safety equipment, e.g., safety glasses, side shields, approved safety shoes, and other PPE as needed
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent
- 3-5 years applicable experience
- Previous experience working in CMMS w/ M3 a plus
