Manage and maintain accurate investor data in Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
Facilitate the investor onboarding process, including gathering required documentation, completing KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures, and coordinating with internal teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses and resolving issues effectively.
Collaborate closely with sales, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth investor interactions and transactions.
Prepare and distribute investor reports, statements, and communications as needed.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of investor data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to streamline investor services operations.
Generate and analyze metrics and reports related to investor activities, performance, and trends.
Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to investor services and CRM management.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on sales operations, metrics/reporting, or investor onboarding.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required; experience with customizing Salesforce for financial services is preferred.
Strong understanding of investor onboarding procedures, KYC requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
