Job Abstract

Core Function:

• ADM (Tape) Manager -- This position manages the day-to-day responsibilities of individual contributors and will work with Senior Management to maintain staffing levels; complete performance reviews, assist with completion of training/certification; and other items as assigned by management. The position also works with the client personnel to understand client requirements and work directly with the client to support their needs. Ability to understand the SOW and the extent and limitations of what Pomeroy is expected to provide. Responsible for building and maintaining a positive relationship with new and existing clients, establishing and enhancing relationships with key personnel within the client organization.

  • Manage day-to -day ADM operations locations assigned to their area.
  • Maintain staffing schedule to ensure no impact to service delivery.
  • Possess strong ADM knowledge and skillsets.
  • Remain current with all ADM processes and procedures and identify any inconsistencies to customer support.
  • Ability to implement escalation process for any inconsistencies of media movement or unaccountable media with urgency.
  • Ability to perform ADM/Tape Operator duties per documented processes and procedures, if needed as a backup.
  • Ensure staff is diligent with keeping media secured and evidence documentation accurately posted.
  • Keep staff current with any Pomeroy, customer, or client training / education.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Attend any ADM required meetings.
  • Ability to thoroughly investigate, document, and create action plans for an RCA related issue.
  • Strong and clear communication skills when addressing customers, support, management, and staff.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand verbal, written and electronic instructions in English.
