Job Abstract

We are seeking a warehouse office clerks or warehouse admin clerks for 2 seperate companies located in South Gate & Carson, CA. The Warehouse Office Clerk is a key component of our warehouse operations team, focusing on the administrative tasks that facilitate the smooth running of our warehouse. The successful candidate will support various functions, from coordinating with the sales team to handling customer inquiries, making this a multifaceted position.

100% onsite
Salary: $18-$21 hr DOE

Responsibilities:

* Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update inventory records.
* Greeting Drivers, obtaining documentation from them.
* Assist in scheduling and coordinating shipments and deliveries.
* Maintaining accurate records of discrepancies and damaged goods.
* Communicating with customers and suppliers to coordinate pickup and delivery
* Manage and coordinate the loading and unloading of ships
* Handle administrative tasks related to warehouse operations, including filing, record keeping, and reporting.
* Serve as a liaison between the warehouse and other departments, ensuring effective communication and c oordination.
* Provide administrative support to the warehouse management team.
* Address and resolve queries from the sales team or customers in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse management procedures.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures within the office area of the warehouse.

Qualifications:
* Must have a high school diploma.
* Experience in an administrative role, preferably within a warehouse or logistics environment or similar role.
* Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations.
