The Cucamonga School District is a TK - 8 district that serves approximately 2,450 students with 150 teachers and administrative staff and an additional 125 support staff. Our District's educational program is built on a 21st Century vision for our students. Requirements / Qualifications
CURRENT CUCAMONGA SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEES AND SUBSTITUTE/OUTSIDE APPLICANTS:

* Two Letters of Reference/Recommendation (dated w/in the last 2 years)

* Transcript or proof of AA degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Posses organizational skills and familiarity with recordkeeping
* Knowledge of employee benefit and health/dental insurance programs and wellness programs.
* Knowledge of risk management practices, environmental safety policies and regulations, governmental operations procedures.
* Ability to perform a variety of general business functions relating to risk management, liability, and work injury claims.
* Experience working with the public in a positive manner
* Experience working as part of a team.
* Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
* Ability to pay close attention to detail while being thorough
and accurate.
* Possess outstanding communication skills in person, in
writing and over the phone
* Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Five (5) years of increasingly responsible technical and/or analytical experience in the field of employee benefits and risk management.
* Some Experience working in a School District/County Personnel or Business Department is highly desired
REQUIREMENTS: Must pass a District administered proficiency examination.
Comments and Other Information
WORK HOURS: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm (12 Month Position)
