DESCRIPTION
The Amazon Entertainment talent acquisition team is seeking an employer brand leader for our Amazon Games business.
As an employer brand marketing manager for Amazon's entertainment organization, you will develop and implement marketing strategies and programs that bring the EVP to life and tell the story of what it is like to work at Amazon Games, to both internal employees and external candidates. In this role you will exercise your creative copywriting skills to craft high quality marketing, social, web, and digital copy. This role requires a passion for branding, and a curiosity about the games industry and how game developers look for their next career. You should have a holistic understanding of both the marketing funnel and the hiring funnel, and how to track the success of your marketing efforts. You are a program manager who can wear many hats, and aren't afraid to get your hands dirty on just about any project.
Key job responsibilities
Day-to-day consultation with our business leadership on social media strategy, employee advocacy, paid media campaigns, and amazon.jobs content.
Develop, manage, and drive adoption of the employer brand, value proposition, and key messages
Manage an editorial calendar for social media content for our LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram channels, to help improve engagement among Amazon Games LinkedIn followers (www.linkedin.com/company/amazongames)
Managing our amazon.jobs pages to help our recruiting teams and agency partners drive traffic and completed applications
Driving adoption and engagement in our employee advocacy program to help expand our organic reach on LinkedIn.

The Amazon Entertainment employer brand team manages campaigns and owned social channels to attract talent across the entertainment industry: Prime Video, Amazon MGM Studios, Amazon Music and Amazon Games. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience executing scaled marketing campaigns through email or social media
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience in Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops)
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
