Solution Advisor
Key Role:
Provide support as a Solution Advisor by providing expertise and knowledge transfer sessions at federal and local levels. Support the translation of COTs product capabilities and nomenclature to enable understanding in partnership with the subject matter experts. Review and help the Solution Management Administrators (SMA) with the task orders and deliverables, and ensure they are received on time and are completed accurately per program office requirements. Provide support to the SMAs and members by assisting in the state workflow or requirements analysis. Assist in review of lessons learned and help incorporate findings into workflows. Attend various workshops and assist or support federal staff attending the events. Assist with management, escalation, and resolution of trouble tickets and change requests. Assist in reporting requirements, mapping, or identification. Assist in the development of electronic health record testing scripts and support all testing types and events.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working in a healthcare or clinical environment
Experience addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, healthcare semantics, and informatics
Experience leading projects to completion
Ability to work independently to build, design, and develop software products
Ability to perform feasibility analysis on potential future projects
Ability to identify risks and issues
Ability to travel to workshops 2-3 times per year
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
