Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work with the PMO to handle the processing of new Technical Direction Letter (TDL) requests from the customer and the generation of corresponding Technical Direction Plans (TDPs).
- Track the progress of TDL processing and create reports for the PM.
- Collect metrics on the process and create recommendations for improvements.
- Supervises and mentor subordinates on program.
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of position-specific relevant experience.
- Experience with requirements analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline or related discipline.
- High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years of additional experience may be used in lieu of required degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with process optimization.
- Experience identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPI), establishing methods to collect KPIs, and creative analysis/reporting.

- This role requires an active Top Secret
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
