Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing patient information to the interventionist and clinical team during pre- and post-procedures
• Maintain radiation safety protocols during C-Arm operations
• Assist in preparing the procedure room and maintain sterile techniques
• Aid in pre- and post-procedure activities, including patient assessment and discharge
• Conduct patient assessments, gather clinical information, and maintain accurate medical records
• Keep an updated narcotic drug log under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Communicate with dialysis facilities to monitor post-care per managerial direction
• Adhere to OSHA and radiation safety monitoring policies
• Assist in patient movement within the center and scheduling as needed
• Participate in community education activities related to access center services

Qualifications:

• Current state LPN or LVN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in electronic medical records system
