The Sales Analytics Senior Analyst will drive value to the Nestlé Professional Solutions organization by gathering and analyzing data to measure the success of the sales efforts of the division. The Senior Analyst will possess a strong understanding of the business and serve as the data expert, telling the story on sales performance across the sales team. This individual will follow a systematic approach to define objectives, collect data, perform analysis, generate insights, and communicate out findings to the stakeholders. The analysis will provide clarity across the division and customer base on what has happened, what is currently happening, and identify potential risks and opportunities. This role requires the ability to use data to think critically and intentionally to identify opportunities for Sales and Revenue growth within their assigned division. This role will serve as the advocate for Sales by identifying needs and engaging in cross-functional collaboration to create the essential tools for their support.
This role will be based in our Arlington or Solon office and report to the Manager of Sales Analytics.

Leadership
* Serves as data expert for assigned division and influences others outside of own job area.
* Advocates for the team by understanding division goals and objectives to identify their needs and create tools for their support.
* Communicates analysis, valuable customer findings, and noteworthy trends and opportunities regarding division performance to stakeholders up, down, and across the company.

Planning and Execution
* Monitor, analyze and measure sales and customer performance within the division.
* Understand KPI’s of the business and share data surrounding those.
* Be the lead within the sales division to know what has happened and is happening at the customer, division, and segment level.
* Effectively convey analysis and findings with line manager and sales team you support.
* Participates and/or leads projects as needed.
* Understands and identifies key business drivers and trends to identify and recognize growth opportunities.
* Applies statistical and analytical techniques to examine the collected data and identify patterns, trends, and correlations to gain insights into sales performance, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
* Understands the factors influencing sales and identify areas for improvement.
* Gathers detailed information, analyzes, and investigates to fully understand risk and opportunities.
* Research, develops, and maintains identified customer, channel, and competitor insights.
* Contributes to ongoing business reviews with stakeholders.
Experience
* 5+ years' experience in Sales analytics, Finance, and/or related function within a matrixed company.
* Experience analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and insights.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI skills.
* Experience and understanding of Foodservice preferred.
Basic Qualifications
* Minimum Bachelor's Degree, required.
* Possesses business and financial acumen.
* Demonstrates strong end-to-end thinking.
* Ability to travel up to 10%.
