JOB SUMMARY
The Coordinator 1 Multilingual Education will be responsible for overseeing, supporting and serving as the primary resource and campus support for all programs in the Multilingual Department.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Coordinator 2 with the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED
Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to drive project success.
Facilitate effective communication and information sharing among project team members and stakeholders.
Support Coordinator 2 with managing project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and making recommendations for cost optimization.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree
Bilingual/ESL certification preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
3 to 5 years classroom and/or leadership experience
SKILL AND/OR REQUIRED LICENSING/CERTIFICATION

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Work Leadership. Regularly provides project management or team leadership to a group of two or more employees but does not have formal supervisory responsibility. Leading and directing is restricted to monitoring work and providing guidance on escalated issues. Most of work time is spent performing many of the same duties they are leading.

Work is substantially complex, varied and regularly requires the selection and application of technical and detailed guidelines. Independent judgment is required to identify, select, and apply the most appropriate methods as well as interpret precedent.
