The Administrative Support Coordinator for Legend’s Global Manufacturing and Supply Department provides comprehensive administrative support to department leadership team and reports to Global Program Lead. This role involves supporting employee engagement activities, handing travel planning and expenses reporting, scheduling, and assisting with various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. The ability to work both independently and as an effective team member, along with strong follow-through, is essential.
