Hellmann’s is the #1 brand of mayonnaise in the United States, penetrating over 50% of US households. This individual will be responsible for helping to develop world class and industry leading Full Funnel?Marketing activities and performance for Hellmann’s / Best Foods. Hellmann’s / Best Foods represents around 35% of the global Dressings turnover for Unilever. US Dressings is important to delivery of results in North America and the Global Nutrition business. We need someone who is eager to learn, passionate about executing large campaigns, developing award-winning creative, and delivering best-in-class execution. The KPI’s this role will need to deliver on is growing household Penetration, growing Market Share and?increasing the Brand Power scores.

The role will report into the Senior Brand Manager of Hellmann’s/Best Foods US and will suit an ambitious marketer who is looking to further their experience in performance & engagement marketing. We are looking for individuals who believe in our vision, and who can craft strategy, own a large-scale budget, execute fully integrated brand campaigns, and help lead inter-agency and cross-functional teams in supporting current & launching new products in market. This job presents plenty of scope for independent brand work and team stewardship, agency and cross-functional leadership plus lots of creativity. The ideal candidate has passion for high performance,?is knowledgeable about food, consumer centric, and able to manage multiple priorities. They will also have a strong marketing and?analytical mindset.
