Account Executive, Membership Sales and Services
POSITION SUMMARY
Power FC is looking to add a relationship-driven sales professional to our membership sales team. The ideal candidate is industrious, competitive, and committed to their long-term career growth as a sales leader. The position will be focused on maximizing revenue through direct outbound B2C & B2B outreach. The selected candidate will be expected to set/execute face-to-face appointments on a consistent basis, make outbound sales calls, in addition to working sales events, grassroot events and games. The candidate should have a solid understanding of the sales process with a relationship-focused personality and a proven track record of selling and servicing within the sports industry.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and exceed all weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals while providing a top level of service to all Power FC fans.
- Generate new business opportunities primarily focused on FSE products (full season and partial plans) through cold calling, outside appointments, prospecting and stadium tours. As part of the Power FC’s sales team, an emphasis is placed on face-to-face and or virtual sales presentations/meetings to move the sales process forward.
- Establish strong customer relationships in order to grow and renew member base
- Maintain all touchpoints with clients and prospects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Execute a minimum of 4 meetings and 500 activities per week.
- Represent Power FC in the most positive way on game days, events, and grassroot efforts when interacting with clients and prospects.
- Contribute positively to the Power FC sales culture.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience
- Willingness to work nights and weekends.
- You must provide proof of COVID-19 Vaccination prior to start date.
