Installation Energy Project Manager

As the Installation Energy Project Manager, you’ll bring your consulting, analytical, strategic, tactical, and installation energy expertise to work on projects for the Department of Defense (DoD). You’ll support the DoD's full portfolio of installation energy programs. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, and processes to support installation energy resilience.
You’ll oversee the work we do for DoD and the solutions we deliver to sustain warfighting readiness and lethality by providing energy-related policy and governance for programs and activities that enable resilient, efficient, clean, and cyber-secure energy for Joint forces, weapon systems, and installations.

You Have:?
20+ years of experience with energy project management
10+ years of experience in program or project management of DoD utilities or energy, Federal Agency utilities or energy, or large private sector utility systems
Experience in the evaluation of installation energy initiatives, assessing partnerships with industry, utility companies, and public agencies as they relate to advancing DoD energy initiatives
Experience conducting reviews of existing statutes, policies, guidance, and legislation pertaining to installation energy
Knowledge of DoD organization and structure
Knowledge of the Office of the Secretary of Defense's (OSD) full portfolio of installation energy programs
Knowledge of legislative and policy authorities that relate to installation energy
Ability to assist with resolving program or project execution issues, developing and coordinating communications and meetings, executing assigned special projects, and manage project timelines to determine gaps, impacts, and risks
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Master’s degree in an Engineering, Scientific, or Management field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
