Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the IC Public-Private Talent Exchange (PPTE) Program
Track program status and metrics
Perform general research on private industry organizations
Use customer tools to vet private industry partners
Review and process IC nominations to participate in PPTE
Periodically update user guides, SOPs, and other program documentation
Create talking points and briefing slides for program leadership
Interface with all 18 IC agencies as well as private industry partners
Coordinate and participate in IC meetings, industry day expos, and other outreach events
Assist with developing program policies and guidance
Qualifications
BA/BS and 3+ years of experience or no degree and 9 years of experience
TS/SCI with Poly level clearance
Strong oral and written communications and presentation skills.
Familiarity with program management processes including status reporting, performance metrics, action item management, and lessons learned recommendations
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
