Job Abstract

Position Summary:

The Director of Quality Control will manage the entire department and well as the day-to-day operations. The Director will manage various packaging facilities around the US and will also be responsible for guiding and aiding employees who are working directly with these packaging facilities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Review of MECQC Lab Testing results of copacker production runs.
• Order lab supplies for daily lab use.
• Review and approve co-packer blending documentation prior to implementing use at site level.
• Oversee up to completion the myriad of co-packer problems and issues that come up each day.
• Generate Prior Notices for foreign shipments of Monster samples being sent to MECQC for testing.
• Facilitate conduciveness within department.
• Maintain current in use formulations.
• Schedule yearly preventative maintenance for various lab testing equipment.

Position Requirements:

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in management preferably in beverages and energy category.
• 5+ years of experience in production equipment including automation
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal
• Computer operating skills, specifically with Microsoft excel, word, and outlook.

Education, Certification, Licenses & Registrations

Bachelor of Science in Quality Management or related field

Base Pay Range: $143,700 - $190,000
