Continuous Improvement Specialist
Who You Are:
You are passionate about driving efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing processes throughout our supply chain operations. You have a strong background in process improvement methodologies, data analysis, and project management within a supply chain environment. You are motivated to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence and enjoy being involved in planning, scheduling, and implementing continuous improvement activities.
What You’ll Do: (Brief overview; list job responsibilities)
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction
- Plan, facilitate, and execute continuous improvement events using Lean Six Sigma tools
- Train, lead, and coach cross-functional teams on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology
- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects and initiatives within the NA Distribution Centers
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies or other process improvement frameworks to drive change and achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor project timelines and outcomes to ensure successful implementation and sustainability of improvements
- Provide training and guidance to team members on continuous improvement principles and methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and encouraging innovation and collaboration.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather, interpret, and present data related to supply chain performance.

- Successfully implementing a continuous improvement mindset with operation leadership
- Governance and implementation of CI programs
- Improvement of KPI metrics linked to CI projects
- Alignment & synergies with our European Distribution Center CI programs
You’ll Need to Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, finance, or a related field
- 1 – 3 years of experience implementing continuous improvement in a DC setting
- Quality improvement methodologies such as DMAIC/Kaizen/Agile/SixSigma/PDCA/Business Process Management
- Strong written, presentation, and oral communication skills

Compensation Range:
$75,000.00-$80,000.00
