We are looking for an Invoice Quality Specialist. This is a 6+ month contract to hire opportunity in Irvine, CA (Hybrid).

Qualifications:

• Tasked with checking all invoices from vendors making sure that they are correct. Should errors or oversights be found, will call clients/vendors, and confirm the information.
• Heavy data entry of information into various systems like SAP.
• Intake invoices via email.
• Matching of shipping documents/orders to invoices.
• Must be proactive and good attention to detail.
• Outgoing personality but able to remain professional in a busy environment.

Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $21/hour to $21/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
