Description Full-time Process Optimization Specialists - Business Applications enjoy the following:
Starting wage of $23 an hour, negotiable depending on experience
Monday through Friday work week
In-Office hours of 8-5 every day
As a growing company, this position offers room for growth and a hand in companywide creations. The Process Optimization Specialist will research and analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement leveraging automation, AI, and machine learning. Once areas for optimization have been identified the Process Optimization Specialist will collaborate with the Business Systems team and IT Department to ensure a successful project outcome.

Responsibilities
Conduct research, analyze requirements, and troubleshoot existing processes and software.
Streamline processes and workflows, document findings, and present ideas to business stakeholders.
Collaborate with team members on innovative software solutions that allow for automation of existing business processes.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in automation and make recommendations for adoption.
Skills
Microsoft Office experience with the following programs:
Microsoft Excel abilities matching the description found at the Excel Website

Microsoft Outlook skillset in keeping with the description found here Outlook Website
Strong verbal & written communication skills.
Problem solver
Critical thinking
Ability to multitask and pivot between projects as needed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
It’s a Plus
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, UI/UX practices.
Experience with natural language processing and computer vision.
Experience in working with SQL
Experience using or developing wireframes and user flows.
Education & Experience
2 years’ work experience in related fields (Engineering, Sciences, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, Project Management, Business, etc.).
2 years of work experience can be substituted with education in a related field. ??????
