Applynow for the position of Point of Care Zone Head,Customer Experience Specialists to lead and manage thezone Customer Experience Specialist (CES) team, driving excellence in allaspects of customer interactions with Siemens Healthineers Point of Care (SHSPOC).
Your role:
- Utilize your strong clinical background tocoordinate sales cycle activities with an emphasis on implementation andday-to-day customer support, putting the customer first
- Leading the team to execute both short- andlonger-term customer support and loyalty strategies that result in financialgoal attainment, strong customer partnership, as well as team growth and development
- Working with their partner Account Executive (AE)zone head to identify and synthesize customer and competitor insights, markettrends and influences, together with industry challenges, and apply SHS POCproduct solutions to drive long-term sales success, while fostering enduringcustomer relationships
- Managing and leading change in a positive mannerwhile developing a culture of accountability and customer excellence
- Champion new initiatives and identifyopportunities to build a culture of collaboration within the zone, togetherwith their partner AE team
- Drive processes and strategies that coordinatesales cycle activities, with an emphasis on excellence in implementation andday-to-day customer support. Ensuring that the customer is the priority andowning successful product / solutions implementations at account sites
- Collaborate with other internal teams todeliver the optimal customer experience throughout the sales and customer lifecycle.This includes but is not limited to Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance,Service, Business Excellence, PMO and Logistics
- Management of customer support activities,tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and identification of areas forimprovement within the customer journey
- Ensure that all detailed sales forecasting,training modules, and required reporting, including in all required internalquality and other tools and processes, are completed promptly and accurately byall team members
- Budget responsibility for travel and expensesfor zone CES team including the responsibility to oversee and manage spending inline with the company’s goals and expectations
Your expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a biologicalscience, nursing, or respiratory therapy
- Minimum of 8 years of increasing responsibility& experience as a medical technologist, point of care coordinator,respiratory therapist, or nurse. Point of care experience preferred – end useror oversight
- 3+ years of experience in medical deviceproduct areas or related disciplines
- Strong people management skills with previousteam leadership experience and demonstrated success in that role
- Experience in lean six-sigma and/or complexproject management within a hospital or laboratory setting
- Must possess outstanding oral, written andpresentation communication skills that can be applied to customers, directreports and SHS management
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking anddecision making
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasksand projects simultaneously
- Possesses strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint,and Word) skills
- Experience in the use of customer relationshipmanagement (CRM) platforms is required
- Established contacts at Hospital Systems and/orIntegrated Delivery networks (IDNs) within assigned zone preferred
- Must reside and be able to travel within the assignedzone and other business locations in the USA as required

The pay range forthis position is $128,000-$168,000 annually; however, base pay offered may varydepending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annualincentive target is $70,000.
