The Specialty Material Handler will be responsible for building large order shipments and keeping them organized throughout the process until the ship date as well as providing an extra layer of verification to the orders for accuracy.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Pull parts from stock
Process special order parts
Transporting parts from Receiving to SPECIALTY BUSINESS area
Verify part numbers and quantities on invoices
Closing invoices
Packaging orders for Third Party freight shipments
Staging parts for delivery
Perform any other duties as required by management
Supervises department personnel in the absence of the department supervisor

MINIMUM COMPETENCIES
The employee must maintain a positive and professional working relationship with coworkers, customers and affiliates of the Fred Beans Organization.
The ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. The ability to use the parts department computer system, personal computer and calculator. The ability to communicate well orally and in writing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience using CDK is preferred.
Must be able to multi task in a high volume setting.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be detail orientated and well organized.
