Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
1+ years of experience with hand assembly on a fast-paced assembly line.
Knowledge of hand and automated tools, soldering irons, and soldering tools.

Soldering Technician tasks include checking Customer Specification Sheets (CSS) to determine the appropriate assembly of products, performing the following functions soldering, crimping, electrical testing, pull-testing, and stripping machines, packing finished products, preparing items for shipping, cross-training when required, and maintaining a clean and safe work area.
