Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Assembly Technician to join a growing Manufacturing company in Irvine, CA. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in assembling various components and products according to detailed specifications and quality standards. This position requires a meticulous attention to detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Location: Onsite, Irvine

Employment Type: Full Time, Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Salary: $19 - $20 hourly ( DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Component Assembly: Assemble mechanical and electrical components according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct functional tests and troubleshoot assembly or component issues as needed.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, inventory, and any deviations or issues encountered.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 1-5 years of Assembly Experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Computer Skills: Entry level Excel for data entry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools, equipment, and measuring instruments. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.
