A premier neurology clinic is partnering with Team1Medical in seeking a Medical Scheduler to assist the clerical and administrative staff with scheduling appointments and various administrative duties. Medical Scheduler’s Responsibilities

Schedule appointments as requested.
Assist with faxes/scanning documents into patient charts.
Schedule and accommodate the appointments through a work queue in EPIC.
Answer all incoming phone calls and direct messages to appropriate personnel.

Medical Scheduler’s Qualifications

Certification from an Accredited Medical Assistant Program is required.
Previous scheduler experience is required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is not required but highly preferred.
Experience with Epic: The EMR Program is strongly preferred.
COVID-19 Vaccination is required.
