The Social Media Supervisor must be experienced in all aspects of social media including, content creation, paid advertising, influencer targeting, and demographic targeting. As directed by management, the Social Media Supervisor will also engage in other advertising aspects such as PR, interviews, advertising communication, etc.

Job Duties
. Become the "Brand Ambassador" for the Company in Social Media spaces. Engage in dialogues and answer questions where appropriate. Must have a willingness to be "in front of the camera" to create content (ie Reels, IGTV, YouTube or vlogs) that educates or promotes a product, campaign, the brand or our industry. Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy and then execute that strategy. Research, target, and book relevant influencers who can effectively promote products or the brand. Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing customer online reviews. Monitor online ratings and respond accordingly. Monitor trends in Social Media applications, channels, tools, design and strategy. Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the business. Report notable threats to appropriate management. Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns. Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results. Evaluate and update the 85 C - Bakerycafe.com site and all social media outlets to maintain brand fidelity, content quality, and program reach. Benefits.
