Requirements / Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid Certification
- Other (Proof of LVN Certification)
- Proof of HS Graduation (Graduation from high school or equivalent is the minimum requirement. The following documents can be accepted; copy of High School Diploma, Official Transcripts, GED, or equivalent)
- Typing Certificate (35 net words per minute, no more than 5 errors, 5 minute typing test, dated within the last 6 months, no online tests accepted)
