JOB DESCRIPTION:
This is a position for a highly motivated and reliable individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Qualified individual will be responsible for performing diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

Perform minor building HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary.

Snow removal

Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment and perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities.

Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol.

Fork lift operator and scissor lift operator certified helpful

Effective written and oral communication skills

Able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures

Work in a safe and orderly manner, maintain a clean and orderly work area.

Use a variety of hand and power tools.
Qualified candidate should have a minimum of three years experience in a maintenance-related manufacturing environment, basic computer skills /word / excel.

- Performs installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems using one or more trade skills (e.g., electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry)- Prepares and maintains records of completed maintenance repair work- Maintains current knowledge of all applicable procedures and safety measures
