Job Abstract

Job Overview:

The Project Manager, under the direction of the Manager and SVP of Referral Management Optimization, will manage day-to-day functions related to project management and reporting platforms to support departmental needs. This role requires handling multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and shifting priorities with professionalism. Additionally, the Project Manager will assist in developing, strategizing, and implementing projects to achieve system-wide goals, while also developing and maintaining scorecards through detailed data analysis to monitor outcomes. Effective communication and collaboration with key stakeholders are essential to enhance organizational goals and ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Knowledge of project and information management through formal project management professional training
• Good analytical and advanced problem-solving ability to assess, prioritize and solve highly complex problems in relation to project execution
• Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
• Analytical ability required to gather data, perform complex analysis by using excel advanced functionalities
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytical skills including attention to detail and must be able to multi-task
• Ability to elicit cooperation from management team and other departments in project coordination
• Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and quickly switch between priorities/tasks

Preferred:

• Strong medical terminology background preferred
• Experience in project and data management preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred or completion of certification within first year

Essential Functions:

• Manage day-to-day functionality in relation to project management and reporting platforms in order to support department needs
• Work on multiple projects concurrently, manage their workload per deadlines and have the flexibility to shift priorities with ease and professionalism
• Provide assistance in developing, strategizing and implementing various projects to support system-wide goals
• Develop and maintain needed scorecards through detailed data analysis to monitor project outcomes
• Function as facilitator and proactively communicate project-related matters with various key stakeholders under the direction of Manager of Referral Management, and SVP of Referral Management to enhance collaboration and achieve organizational goals
