Job Abstract

We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Administrator for a Costa Mesa based company. Experienced Salesforce candidates only to work with the Consumer Communications Dept.

6 months temp role

Hybrid - In office on Tuesday and Wednesday, hybrid on Monday, Thursday and Friday

Pay: $32-37 p/hr. based on experience

Use Salesforce.com to manage users, create custom ?elds, page layouts, reports, and dashboards

Tracked project progress using custom ?elds in Salesforce records, increasing accountability among

teams

Modifying field in salesforce.

Data Reconciliation

Looking for duplicates in the system

Adding to picklist

Will support guidance for the system

Working with the dealers that will merge salesforce in the marketing research channel.

Qualifications:

2 + years of experience with Salesforce CRM

Knowledge of Salesforce tools

Proficient with Microsoft Office Excel

Completed Salesforce.com Administrator training
