Job Abstract

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator for a 6 month contract in Costa Mesa, CA. This person will be working with the Consumer Communications Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for modifying fields in Salesforce, conducting data reconciliation, identifying and resolving duplicates in the system, and expanding picklist options. Additionally, the role involves providing support and guidance for system usage and collaborating with dealers to integrate Salesforce into the marketing research channel. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our systems are updated and aligned to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Schedule: M-F 8 am- 5pm

Pay: $38 an hour DOE

Location: Costa Mesa, CA In office Tuesday & Wednesdays | Hybrid on M,TH, F

Key Responsibilities:

• Modify fields in Salesforce as needed.
• Conduct data reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and address duplicates within the system.
• Expand picklist options to improve data organization and usability.
• Provide guidance and support for Salesforce system usage.
• Collaborate with dealers to integrate Salesforce into the marketing research channel.
• Ensure system updates are synchronized for consistency and coherence.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and customization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to reconcile data accurately.
• Experience in identifying and resolving duplicate records.
• Familiarity with picklist management and customization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to provide guidance and support.
• Experience working with dealers or stakeholders to integrate systems is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
