Job Abstract

We have an outstanding Contract position for aFacility Technician (Electrician)to join a leading Company located in theCulpeper, VAsurrounding area.

US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities :

• The Facility Technician (Electrician) will work under general supervision to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using manufacturer publications, blueprints, schematics, and locally generated instructions

• Must be familiar with OSHA and NEC standards

• Will be required to follow work procedures, work on facilities, and production equipment, as well as perform general maintenance

  Basic Hiring Criteria :

• Associate degree in appropriate discipline plus two (2) years of directly related industrial electrician experience, but candidates who have not completed a related associate degree must have a high school diploma (or equivalent) plus at least six (6) years directly related industrial electrician experience

• Strong electrical experience/training in repairs in an industrial setting required

  Desired Qualifications :

• Journeyman electrician license is strongly desired

• Training from a trade school is a plus
