The Opportunity:
Join our growing Business Finance team as a highly motivated, engaged, and experienced financial analyst. Adapt to a dynamic environment on a regular basis and deliver timely, accurate, and insightful analysis. Assume responsibility for gathering and interpreting complex financial data and translating information into meaningful recommendations that optimize business performance decision-making.
As a Project Control Analyst on our team, you’ll create a financial management strategy to help your client succeed. You’ll work directly with the Project Control Lead and with program management to build an actionable plan for your client to achieve their goals. As a key member of our Project Control Organization (PCO) team, you'll promote the achievement of financial objectives by providing subject matter expertise and consulting on programmatic financial matters. You'll cultivate and implement strategies at the program level to drive financial performance in alignment with group goals and leverage a comprehensive understanding of the full life cycle program and contract financial management. You'll facilitate collaboration across corporate core and business program organizations to proactively prevent and mitigate risk. You'll enjoy a highly impactful role that touches upon financial performance, key contract dynamics, cash collection, management, program management, contractual compliance issues, subcontractor and vendor relations, and PMR support.

You Have:
4+ years of experience in program financial analysis, business operations support, and reporting within a large corporate organization
Experience with using Microsoft Excel
Experience with the development of ad-hoc analysis to support complicated programs, mitigate contractual compliance issues, cash collection, and DSO management
Knowledge of long-term revenue, profit growth, and cash flow management
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations and Joint Travel Regulations
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
