Your ImpactLead Creative Initiatives: Drive the creation and delivery of global enablement programs from inception to measurement.Content Development: Develop and deliver engaging content across various modalities, including live, virtual and video broadcasts, to support global sales teams.Collaboration: Partner with instructional designers, sales leaders, and technical experts to produce compelling training materials.Content Creation: Build physical and digital content, including assessments, training materials, presentations, participant guides, role-play scenarios, and coaching guides.Innovation: Incorporate diverse learning concepts, methodologies, gamification strategies, and tools, adhering to adult learning principles.Measure Impact: Design and implement assessments to evaluate both curriculum effectiveness and learner performance.Continuous Improvement: Apply evaluation tools to measure training effectiveness and continuously improve content and design.Onboarding Support: Support sales new hire onboarding with self-driven training curriculums and continuing education needs by role.Coaching: Provide 1:1 coaching and development to Sales Reps and Sales Leaders.Internal Broadcasts: Participate in and appear on camera for regularly scheduled internal broadcasts.QualificationsYour ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in designing and delivering successful training programs in a B2B software sales environment.Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, proven in effectively conveying complex ideas in an engaging manner.Hands-on experience with video production tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).Experience delivering training both live and virtually, on camera, specifically tailored for sales teams or sellers.Innovative mindset with a passion for challenging conventional training methods and exploring new solutions.Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.Solid understanding of B2B software sales processes and the ability to design training that effectively supports sales excellence.Eager to disrupt the status quo and drive a culture of innovation.Successful experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented, collaborative environment.Highly resourceful, independent, flexible, and coachable.BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred; additional background in video production or graphic design highly valued.Additional InformationThe TeamThe Worldwide Shared Services team is dedicated to empowering Palo Alto Networks’ go-to-market teams through innovative solutions and strategic guidance to drive superior outcomes. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $114,800/yr to $185,700/yr.
