Responsibilities:
Assist with meal preparation, following dietary guidelines, portioning, and serving.
Follow proper portion amounts and dietary guidelines in tray preparation.
Handle dietary requests with sensitivity, ensuring attention to detail.
Set up clean and organized dining areas for meal service.
Serve meals to residents or clients courteously and respectfully.
Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate meal delivery.
Clean and sanitize dining areas, including tables, chairs, and serving carts.
Assist in managing inventory levels of dietary supplies.
Always follow food service sanitation regulations along with health and safety guidelines.
Perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor, including participation in maintaining cleanliness.
