As an IT Business Partner, you will be responsible for Interfacing between the Business and the IT Function. Possess the necessary skills to appropriately communicate information, understand goals and assist with translation and the design of technical requirements of the different stakeholders throughout the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product leads, project managers, IT functional and technical teams.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Communicate and Collaborate with Operations/Operations Excellence leadership to understand current IT needs and pain points of respective departments.
Lead business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand functional and non-functional requirements. Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to clarify requirements and propose suitable architectural approaches.
Lead cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication, translating complex business and technical concepts into understandable terms and solutions, minimize core product customizations leading to high maintenance and support cost.
Hold regular meetings with key stakeholders to understand and document goals.
Serve as an expert for IFS Operations & Maintenance modules across all environments (development, QA, production, Offshore, etc.)
Provide input into project / resource estimating activities along with key / required skills.
Clearly communicate technology issues, plans and solutions from both a business perspective and a technical perspective.
Maintain relationships with IT management and IT staff.
Adhere to professional standards and Noble’s Administrative Policy Manual.
Manage Operations and Plant maintenance projects.
Clear understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and responsibilities.
Ability to identify re-occurring issues and coordinate root cause analysis.
Work closely and effectively with Noble ERP support teams.
Lead enhancement requests while interfacing with the business and technical teams.
Perform mapping in support of data migration needs

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering/other IT related field preferred or 4 years equivalent industry experience.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience working in ERP Plant Maintenance
A minimum of 2 ERP implementations or upgrade experience; Experience in a ERP production support role.
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
Highly effective in business requirement analysis and ability to translate them into technical solutions.
Ability to work effectively across and within diverse teams.
Excellent facilitation, verbal and written (formal and technical) communication skills with a good command of the English language.
Strong execution skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure, deliver quality results within standards and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Experience using MS Office Suite including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, Project and Outlook.
Ability to work after office hours and on-call as required.
