We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader who has shown they can lead global teams to develop and execute end-to-end, insight led, commercial marketing programs that drive business results.  The selected candidate will be leading a team that is responsible for two critical areas of marketing for HP Workforce Solutions:

1. Pan-HP Workforce Solutions programs (e.g. sponsorships, events)

2. Managed Solutions customer marketing

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for

  • Developing commercial marketing strategy
  • End-to-end marketing program management across LAER customer engagement framework
  • Leading brand defining creative for commercial campaigns
  • Sponsorship, event and content marketing programs management

This senior marketing manager will be leading a team of professionals based around the world, and will be a close partner to our Managed Services BU and GTM leadership teams in ensuring we are aligned strategically, and developing the right assets to support country marketing teams in executing high-impact marketing programs.

The role will report to the WW Senior Director of Workforce Solutions Brand & Managed Solutions Marketing, with a dotted line to the managed solutions business.

This is a key strategic focus area for HP and represents a great opportunity for a commercial marketing leader to come into a team and business that is  innovating and growing at an incredible pace.


Responsibilities

  • Inspire and develop a fantastic team
  • Lead the development of marketing strategies and plans of the HPWS Managed Solutions marketing priorities in close collaboration with business and GTM leadership
  • Deliver marketing campaigns and programs that advance services leadership and show measurable business impact
  • Ensure HPWS priorities are well coordinated with marketing activity
  • Oversee research/insights development
  • Closely partner with comms teams to ensure the HP Commercial brand narrative, and key
  • Managed Solutions marketing calendar planning
  • Customer marketing budget management
  • Strategy and planning process and documentation to ensure alignment with other business units, and GTM alignment
  • Regularly connect with Managed Solutions business leaders to align strategies and represent customer marketing programs and impact
  • Occasionally represent pan-HP Workforce Solutions programs to senior HPWS management


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 10+ years of job-related experience or 8-10 years of management experience, preferably in commercial marketing, content marketing and media, thought leadership content development, data led planning, or a related field.

  • Specific experience in Technology Solutions & Services Marketing (B2B)
  • International global brand experience
  • Proven track record in strategic communications planning
  • Proven track record of agency/client management
  • You will be able to identify great creative from average creative
  • High level of tact and diplomacy
  • Ability to interact with all levels of the company, from top to bottom
  • Budget planning and process management including alliances
  • WW, Regional and Country experience preferable
  • Driven, energetic, transformational and engaging
  • Quick learner, blast to action, brave
  • Deep understanding of the role of creative, PR, Media… attracting and retaining great agency partners
