Job Purpose: To recruit, train, and manage a team of 10 recent graduates, preparing them for integration into the main sales team after a 6-month intensive training period focused on cold calling and fundamental sales skills.

· Sales Operations: Teach trainees how to effectively use the company's sales system and processes to maximize efficiency. Ensure they are well-versed in handling client interactions from initial contact to closing deals.
