Job Responsibilities
The Medical Records - Central Supply Coordinator will maintain all medical records in the facility for proper order and completeness.
Additional responsibilities:
Prepare admissions and re-admission chart records both hard copy and electronic.
Complete audits and validation reports communicating all findings to DON.
Maintain the records of all discharged residents in proper order.
Job Requirements

Education: Graduation from an accredited school with the equivalent of a graduating diploma. College and/or Medical Billing/Coding schooling required or must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
Experience: Prior training desirable but not necessary. Will receive job training and in-service. Experience in Long Term Care field preferred.
Certificate/ License: RHIT credential is desirable but not required.
