Overview The Supply Chain Project Coordinator will work closely with the Supply Chain organization to support transformational programs impacting our manufacturing network. This individual will support the Director of Program Management on key initiatives that will drive improvements at the Horse Cave, Kentucky location with the intent to roll out to the rest of the locations over the course of two years. This individual will be responsible for developing a comprehensive timeline that combines details from the Four main focus groups for this initiative, working with each pillar leader to align on timing and deliverables. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, a keen attention to detail, and a bright willingness to learn. Responsibilities Support and aid the project in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key deliverables within each of the four key platforms: Organizational Development, Food Safety and Quality Programs, Continuous Improvement and Asset Care. Maintain project documentation/software to ensure all administrative aspects of a project are organized and follow-up with cross functional team for any missing or delayed deliverables. Drive and track successful implementation of key deliverables. Requires ability to communicate with diverse cross functional team including Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Engineering and Human Resources. Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture best practices and areas for improvement. Contribute to process improvement initiatives with the opportunity for ownership. Opportunity to gain experience in the CPG/ food manufacturing space and build skill-set in Project Management within a high-functioning Project Management Office. Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree 1-2 years relevant experience, preferably in CPG Competent use of Microsoft Office computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. Collaborative mindset with a desire to build networks within the organization.
