ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide clerical support to the National Accounts Manager.
- Extensive use of spreadsheets for compiling data.
- Maintain contract warranty sites.
- Provide customers with Certificate of Insurance renewals.
- Provide back up support to the billing associates.
- Update customer sites.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports.
- Provide back up support to the receptionist for the switchboard, during breaks and on call overflow.
- Provide back up support to the mailroom/UPS.

QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- 3+ years of previous Administrative Assistant or related office experience is required.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Significant experience with Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications is required.
- Ability to think strategically, make sound decisions, and produce accurate and timely results is required.
- Building positive working relationships with multiple levels of employees and management is required.
- Demonstrating integrity and professionalism is required.
