Reporting into theEnterprise Services (ES) Operations Team, this is a role wellsuited to an ambitious professional looking for the next step in yourcareer. ES Operations is focused ondelivering and executing on a portfolio of value driven offerings includingperformance guarantees and state of the art technology powered by SiemensHealthineers that will help transform healthcare delivery for ourpartners. You will serve as thepoint of contact from the C-Level throughout the organization and beresponsible for driving and sustaining and supporting the overall health of thestrategic relationship. In this role youwill also (but are not limited to):
- Provide highest levels of customer engagement and support to drivepartnership operational performance.
- Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience through excellentcommunications and engagement
- Lead relationship development across the customer’s organization andgain participation in strategic customer input sessions to identify and drivekey goals for customer success (e.g., operations budgeting, asset management,capital planning & procurement, KPI goal alignment, etc.).
- Work closely across business lines to ensure transparency of project inputs, outputs, issues, concerns, and roadblocks.
- Provide accessible and efficient response to concerns and problems.
- Support overarching Enterprise Services Operations Team as needed.

Key areas could includetechnical/clinical performance management, planning and skill development,analytical and advisory skills, operational execution excellence, andregulatory and compliance management.
- You have a strong understanding of health system service lineoperations.
- You are results-driven, action oriented and passionate about making apositive customer impact while balancing business needs.
- You can manage multiple programs/priorities and have strong projectmanagement skills.
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills in the customerenvironment.
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
- BS/BA in a medical field, engineering/technology or business administrationwith healthcare background preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience with a background driving operations,business, or performance in a healthcare environment.
- Clinical or healthcare institution administration experience ispreferred
- Ability to travel regionally 30% of the time
It would be aplus if you also possess the following:
· Polished demeanor with strongexecutive presence
· Strong analytical skills andbusiness acumen (i.e., knowledge of profit and loss centers, balance sheets,capital/operational planning).
· Ability to accurately assess keybusiness metrics and situations from a “general manager’s” point of view;effective at structured problem solving and critical thinking.
· Strong problem-solving skills andable to implement innovative solutions to customer problems.
· Ability to analyze clientcommercial capabilities, identify root cause and growth tool opportunities.
· Experience maintaining flexibleapproach when faced with business or client course corrections (e.g., clientcost-out initiatives, industry economic conditions, healthcare reformlegislation).
· Naturally curious spirit, andinsatiable appetite for learning
· PMP and Lean Six Sigmacertification is a plus
