Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Overview:

We're looking for driven, experienced managers ready to lead teams and elevate dining experiences at various locations across San Diego.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct all facets of day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Manage and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and high performance.

Maintain inventory control, ensuring all supplies meet the restaurant's operational needs.

Oversee financial management, including adherence to budgets and maximization of financial performance.

Engage directly with patrons to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.

Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Leverage personal service opportunities on the floor, including bar and table management, to enhance earning potential through tips.

Implement innovative strategies to drive restaurant performance and market presence.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, with a strong preference for candidates with high-volume restaurant experience.

Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of developing successful teams.

Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in managing diverse teams.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, financial responsibilities, and customer service.

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the hospitality industry.
