Job Description
Provides guidance to coordinate contract support operations throughout the physician contract life-cycle planning, administration, renewal and closure. Oversees and ensures due diligence review and document production.
Job Responsibility
Provides guidance to coordinate contract support operations throughout the physician contract life-cycle planning, administration, renewal and closure.
Coordinates all aspects of physician administrative job descriptions with internal stakeholders for inclusion in physician contracts; maintains job description files / library.
Coordinates all aspects of partially executed physician contracts.
Compiles and provides schedule to the leadership and coordinates with assigned analyst.
Coordinates old outstanding documents with the leadership.
Oversees reviews of physician contracts and LOIs, ensures contracts and LOIs are compliant with applicable rules.
Collaborates with in-house counsel to ensure proper execution of contract negotiations to ensure physician contract compliance.
Performs due diligence review and document production.
Ensures that departmental databases are updated for tracking / monitoring information contract work flows.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
3-5 years of relevant experience, required.
