As a Steampunk Sr. Instruction Designer, you be responsible for organizing, creating, and disseminating training for cybersecurity best practices to be implemented across the program for successful RMF implementation by both cybersecurity professionals and product teams.

• Lead efforts to develop interactive and engaging training materials (training videos, user guides, gamified learning)
• Understand and analyze business processes and work with teams to transition requirements into training materials for client
• Analyze existing training materials and provide assessment
• Producing, editing, recording and audio/visual content that is 508 compliant with closed captions
  
• Incorporating knowledge checks and/or interactive learning techniques
• Developing extra modules for future use
• Developing supplemental materials (e.g. infographics, case studies, fact sheets, video clips with closed caption, or reference sheets).
  

• U.S. Citizen
• 5+ years experience in large scale IT training efforts
• 3+ years experience in areas of change management and communications
• Knowledge and awareness of ADDIE
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with design thinking

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in Cybersecurity space
